We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support for government construction projects in Salmi.<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and site teams working on government projects.</li><li>Handle official correspondence with government authorities, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, permits, and reports.</li><li>Manage document control systems in compliance with government project requirements.</li><li>Follow up on approvals, submissions, and project-related requests with ministries and government bodies.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of official documents.</li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in government projects in Kuwait.</li><li>Familiarity with Kuwait ministries, public authorities, and approval processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Arabic .</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of correspondence formats used in government communication.</li><li>Valid Kuwait license with car and willing to travel to salmi</li><li>Transferable residency</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
