1. Job PurposeTo ensure the efficient operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of all mechanical systems, production machinery, and equipment in the precast concrete factory. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and supporting production to meet operational and quality targets.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Maintenance &amp; Equipment Reliability<ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as batching plants, concrete mixers, hydraulic systems, molds, cranes, lifting equipment, and production line machinery.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain and update maintenance logs, failure reports, and spare parts stock lists.</li><li>Ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.</li></ul>B.
