Accomodation Supervisor

We are looking for an Accommodation Supervisor (Arab nationality) to oversee and manage employee accommodation facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of employee accommodations.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper upkeep of accommodation facilities.
• Coordinate accommodation allocations and room assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accommodation records and occupancy reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Address residents' concerns and resolve accommodation-related issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Arab Nationality
• Previous experience in accommodation, camp, or facility management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Basic computer skills and record-keeping knowledge.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is preferred.
