The Role:


As our Front Desk Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional first impression and maintaining an efficient, welcoming environment for employees, clients, and guests from around the globe. You will manage front-of-house operations, administrative tasks, and office management duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with Energetech.


Key Responsibilities:


Front of House:


  • Greet and assist visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain an organized, tidy reception and communal office spaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs proactively.


Administrative Support:


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records, including office supply inventories.
  • Prepare internal communications such as announcements and memos.


Office Operations:


  • Set up meeting rooms with required technology and amenities.
  • Coordinate office events, catering arrangements, and room reservations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for office supplies and services.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and manage repair schedules.
  • Administer access cards and support security protocols.
