ABS International is actively seeking Data Entry Specialists for our night shift operations at our on-site offices in Gulistan-e-Johar and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Processing: Enter and update large volumes of data accurately using internal systems and third-party software tools.
• Data Quality Assurance: Identify and correct inconsistencies and errors in data sets to ensure high accuracy and consistency.
• Digital Record Management: Organize digital files in secure, retrievable formats to maintain an efficient information system.
• Excel Reporting: Assist with basic reporting tasks using spreadsheets for internal team analysis and documentation.
• Confidential Data Handling: Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing data for audits and resolving identified discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matric or Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
• Experience: Prior data entry or back-office experience is a plus but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy.
• Availability: Must be available for the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday to Saturday.
