Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Secretary to support our Financial Department. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of administrative experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the accounts team
- Draft official letters and correspondence for banks and financial institutions
- Manage and organize accounting records and documents
- Handle internal communication and schedule coordination
- Support data entry in accounting systems
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of admin/secretarial experience (preferably in accounting or finance)
- Experience in drafting professional letters for banks or financial matters
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
