Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Secretary to support our Financial Department. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of administrative experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team
  • Draft official letters and correspondence for banks and financial institutions
  • Manage and organize accounting records and documents
  • Handle internal communication and schedule coordination
  • Support data entry in accounting systems

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of admin/secretarial experience (preferably in accounting or finance)
  • Experience in drafting professional letters for banks or financial matters
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
