Job Description

We’re Hiring – F&B Secretary
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented F&B Secretary with a solid background in Food & Beverage operations and strong administrative skills to support our dynamic F&B team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative support to the F&B Department and management team.

Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and meeting schedules.

Coordinate internal communication between F&B outlets and other departments.

Prepare reports, menus, presentations, and event documentation.

Assist with purchasing requests, inventory coordination, and departmental records.

Support in organizing F&B events and special functions.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an F&B Secretary or in a similar admin role within the hospitality industry.

Strong background in Food & Beverage operations is essential.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Well-organized, discreet, and able to multitask.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
