Job Description

Royal Smart Limousine LLC is a leading luxury transportation company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality fleet operations and premium customer service. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Maintenance Coordinator/Administrator to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the company's fleet operations, procurement, maintenance, tracking, and compliance activities. We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of fleet management systems, vehicle purchasing (cash/bank facility), RTA processes, and fleet accounting/mortgage calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of fleet vehicles, including purchases by cash and through bank financing/mortgage facilities.
  • Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance processes with RTA and authorities across all Emirates in the UAE.
  • Administer fleet maintenance schedules, fleet repairs, resale processes, and manage vehicle tracking systems.
  • Coordinate insurance policies and calculate fleet insurance premiums and renewals efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, depreciation schedules, mortgage balances, and overall fleet accounting.
  • Use Odoo ERP or similar fleet management software to track maintenance, costs, operations, and document workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, banks, and service providers to negotiate favorable terms for purchases, servicing, and fleet operations.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with all UAE traffic and licensing authorities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization in fleet acquisition, maintenance, and insurance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) in fleet management, procurement, and operations within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP or any other fleet management/ERP system.
  • In-depth understanding of RTA rules, regulations, and processes across all Emirates.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with experience managing vendors, banks, and insurance companies.
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance, tracking, resale value assessment, and fleet-related financial calculations (including mortgage facilities and insurance).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
