We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Participate in the planning and execution of strategic business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience in government platforms (Ministry of Commerce - Etimad – Balady )
• Fluent in English & Arabic
