Job Description

We are looking for a client-focused and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will
be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring
high levels of satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, enabling
smooth communication with a diverse client base and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ goals and business challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle — onboarding, project coordination, renewals, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operation, and support) to deliver client success.
  • Prepare and present proposals, performance reports, and recommendations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business development goals.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, ensuring clear understanding across regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required or strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
