Job Description:
Were looking for a self-driven and organized associate who will take charge of growing our client base, managing customer touchpoints, and helping build a recognizable and trusted brand. This is a multi-faceted role that combines business development, customer operations, and brand communications perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced startup culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads (resellers, shops, influencers).
- Outreach through Instagram DMs, email, and WhatsApp with personalized pitches.
- Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
2. Client Operations & Order Management
- Manage customer orders, resolve queries, and follow up on payments.
- Ensure smooth communication from inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Liaise with the warehouse for inventory status and order dispatch.
3. Brand & Customer Experience
- Improve brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints (website, DMs, email, etc.).
- Work with the founder to shape dripuz.coms visual and content strategy.
- Create engaging content (photos/videos/text) that highlights our unique brand vibe.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive communicator whos comfortable with outreach and lead nurturing.
- Organized, reliable, and great at managing multiple tasks independently.
- Strong grasp of Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify (or similar platforms), and spreadsheets.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales or B2B lead generation experience (especially in fashion or ecommerce).
- Aesthetic sense for photography, branding, and story telling.
- Familiarity with the resale/thrift ecosystem or interest in sustainable fashion.
- Prior use of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, email marketing, or CRM platforms.
