Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales for the company’s real estate developments. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable property solutions, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential or commercial properties developed by the company.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, property portals, and site visits.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Negotiate deals, prepare sales proposals, and assist with the documentation process.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on project offerings, pricing, competition, and market trends.
• Attend exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to represent the company.
• Provide post-sale customer service and coordinate with internal departments for handovers and payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
• Strong knowledge of local property markets and current real estate trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
