B2B Salesman - Coffee

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses to sell coffee products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate coffee products, including beans, brewing equipment, and accessories, to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with business clients.
- Work closely with the Coffee Shop Manager to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Assist in organizing coffee tastings, trade shows, and promotional events to attract new business clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee or food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and travel to meet clients.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wholesale coffee sales, roastery sales, or food service sales.
- Certification in coffee brewing or barista training is a plus.
- Experience in handling contracts and pricing negotiations.
