Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses to sell coffee products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate coffee products, including beans, brewing equipment, and accessories, to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with business clients.
  • Work closely with the Coffee Shop Manager to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing coffee tastings, trade shows, and promotional events to attract new business clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to meet clients.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wholesale coffee sales, roastery sales, or food service sales.
  • Certification in coffee brewing or barista training is a plus.
  • Experience in handling contracts and pricing negotiations.
