Job Description

Inbound Sales Executive – Business Setup

We’re seeking a results-driven Inbound Sales Executive with experience in UAE company formation to consult and convert qualified leads into clients. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, provide expert advice on Free Zone and Mainland options, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored business setup solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads from marketing, website, and paid campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and consult on UAE business setup options
  • Advise clients and intermediaries (lawyers, accountants, etc.) on license types, visas, and jurisdictions
  • Prepare and send tailored proposals with internal support
  • Maintain lead records and follow-ups in Zoho CRM
  • Meet sales targets and share market insights with the team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in UAE business setup or a similar sales role
  • Proven lead conversion and B2B sales success
  • Strong knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland regulations
  • Excellent English communication skills (other languages a plus)
  • Experience working with intermediaries
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
