, About the Role:
Proto IT Consultants is actively looking for driven and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If you have a knack for initiating meaningful conversations, booking appointments, and understanding complex tech solutions, this role is for you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in IT Sales – preferably in Cybersecurity or Managed IT Services
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or native accent
  • Ability to work on high-ticket B2B deals
  • Confident in making and closing calls without relying on a script
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and pitch accordingly
  • Self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments
  • Understand client business models and identify pain points
  • Tailor conversations to individual prospects without relying on strict scripts
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversion
  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales KPIs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in appointment setting or SDR roles
  • Strong knowledge of IT services and industry-specific terminology
  • Prior experience working in US-based campaigns or night shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
