Sales Executive

We are searching for an experienced Sales Executive to join our MSC office in Riyadh

Job Purpose

To drive revenue generation by managing a portfolio of clients, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities to increase company business and brand presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize profitability by achieving sales targets, pursuing new opportunities, and fostering client relationships while ensuring service satisfaction and effective collaboration with internal teams.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
Monitor customer accounts within the assigned sales territory to fully leverage sales potential and ensure service satisfaction.
Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to identify all available sales opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to facilitate effective planning.
Maintain CRM data and produce regular reporting for sales performance.
Stay informed about company products and relevant sales techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.
Promote and educate clients on the company’s digital tools and services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to foster business growth.
Expand the account base in the territory by securing new business across all service categories offered.
Inform and educate customers about our rates, regulations, and procedures related to our services.
Review customer accounts to identify issues and propose changes in logistics, schedules, rates, and handling requirements.
Follow up with customers to explore new opportunities and resolve any issues.
Ensure client feedback is documented and addressed properly.
Maintain records, conduct sales analysis, and stay updated on market trends and propose the needed developments.
Support cross-selling objectives and meet set KPIs.
Meet annual KPI and sales objectives by achieving the required measurable targets.
Participate in marketing activities and company initiatives.
Execute other duties as assigned by the direct manager.


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, or related field

Minimum Experience

A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or service-based industries

Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Proficiency in sales techniques and client management
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Reporting Skills
Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement platforms
Results-driven and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills
High sense of accountability and ownership
Ability to work independently and within a team
Resilient and adaptable to changing business needs
