We are looking for a Patient relation officer cum front desk executive to join our Ayurveda clinic in Dubai. Candidates those who have hospital or clinic administration experience is an added advantage.

Job description

• Responsible for doctors and clinic slot management.
• Reallocating the cancelled appointment's slot with another patient.
• Attending calls, email and other enquires in a professionally manner.
• Patient complaint management
• Communicate medical results, treatment, and medicine prescriptions to patient under clinical supervision.
• Timely and accurate documentation of patients insurance claim and its reimbursement.
• Ensure all patients required information , data are updated in the patient file and ERP system.
