
Responsibilities:
- Weekly performance reviews with each store manager (target tracking, sales coaching)
- On-ground visits to stores for audits, visual merchandising, and SOP enforcement
- Regular *sales training & motivation workshops*
- Set and enforce *KPIs for store teams* (upselling, customer retention, conversion rates)
- Handle *HR needs at store level* (discipline, hiring inputs, grooming)
- Be the *bridge between HO strategy and store execution*
Ideal Background:
- At least 5–7 years in multi-store retail management (preferably FMCG, health, or apparel)
- Experience with *sales process training* and people management
- Strong reporting and data analysis mindset
- Fluency in Urdu and English, with leadership presence and emotional intelligence

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
