We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing real estate development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis within the real estate development or construction industry. This role requires hands-on financial management, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market. Immediate availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability for multiple developments.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions.
• Provide financial insight and support to the management team for strategic decision-making.
• Develop internal controls and processes to improve financial efficiency.
• Support contract and tender evaluations from a financial perspective.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with at least 2 years in a real estate developer or construction company in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate project finance and cost control.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and VAT.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
