This is a hands-on role combining butler-style service, staff supervision, vendor management, and high attention to detail to ensure the home runs smoothly and discreetly.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold operations<ul><li>Manage daily household routine: openings/closings, readiness of all areas, guest setup</li><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the villa</li><li>Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, ironing, and basic home inventory (linen, toiletries, pantry)</li></ul>Service &amp; hospitality<ul><li>Welcome guests, serve refreshments/meals as required, coordinate guest experiences</li><li>Ensure formal service standards (table setting, etiquette, event readiness)</li><li>Handle special requests with a &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude and discretion</li></ul>Staff supervisionCoordinate and supervise household staff (maids, drivers, gardeners, security, etc.)Create schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, maintain discipline and moraleTrain staff on service standards and SOPsVendors &amp; maintenance<ul><li>Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance, repairs, pest control, pool, HVAC, etc.</li><li>Maintain a preventive maintenance checklist and track issues to closure</li><li>Monitor quality and cost; keep the home fully functional at all times</li></ul>Purchasing &amp; budgets<ul><li>Manage household procurement (groceries, supplies, consumables)</li><li>Track monthly household expenses, petty cash, invoices, and receipts</li><li>Maintain stock levels and avoid last-minute shortages</li></ul>Security &amp; confidentiality<ul><li>Ensure basic security protocols (keys, access control, visitor logs where applicable)</li><li>Handle family information and schedules with complete confidentiality</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;7 years experience as a Villa Manager, Butler, House Manager, or similar</li><li>Strong service mindset: calm, well-groomed, professional, respectful</li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing staff and vendors</li><li>Basic tech skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel for tracking)</li><li>Flexible timings; willing to work evenings/weekends when needed</li><li>Clean background and strong references</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to have)<ul><li>Hospitality background (5-star hotel, concierge, fine dining service)</li><li>UAE experience and familiarity with local vendors and standards</li><li>Valid driving license</li></ul>Working Hours / Benefits<ul><li>Schedule: 6 Days a week, flexibility for events/guests</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What language(s) can you speak?</li><li>Nationality?</li><li>How many years experience do you have as a Villa Manager, Butler or House Manager?</li><li>Do you have experience in a Hospitality background (5-star hotel, concierge, fine dining service)?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li><li>Immediate Joiner?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
