Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Agricultural Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with experience in the agricultural products sector to support the implementation and management of multi-currency financial systems and international tax compliance. The role is key to supporting regional expansion, ensuring compliance with UAE and international regulations, and improving financial operations and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage multi-currency accounting and financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with international taxation and UAE/local financial regulations.
• Support financial planning, analysis, and operational scalability for regional expansion.
• Analyze financial statements (IFRS-based), budgets, and forecasts.
• Assist in internal audits, risk assessments, and evaluation of financial controls.
• Collaborate with management to streamline operational and administrative processes.

Audit & Compliance Focus:

• Deep understanding of IFRS and international audit procedures.
• Conduct internal control assessments and identify financial risks.
• Perform audit procedures, evaluate going concern assumptions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Review and assess accounting policies and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in agricultural products and international finance.
• Experience with financial systems implementation and internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and international taxation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
