Key Responsibilities

✅Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models for real estate and REIT-based investment projects, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.

✅Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market research to evaluate real estate development and acquisition opportunities.

✅Analyze project cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and projected returns to support investment decisions.

✅Assist in preparing investment memorandums, board presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.

✅Perform thorough due diligence and risk assessments on potential assets and partners.

✅Monitor macroeconomic trends, financial indicators, and regulatory developments affecting real estate and REIT markets.

✅Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance for investment structuring and documentation.

✅Review REIT regulatory guidelines and support compliance alignment with SECP and other relevant authorities.

Experience

✅Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience at a financial institution, NBFI, or consulting firm are encouraged to apply.
