Terms of Reference:

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of UNFPA GCC's website and online platforms, ensuring user-friendliness and accessibility.
• Participate in the creation of engaging and informative content for UNFPA GCC's social media channels (e.g., text, images, videos), aligning with communication strategies and UNFPA's branding.
• Assist in the development of social media campaigns to promote UNFPA's initiatives and events.
• Monitor social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
• Ensure that all web and social media content is accurate, timely, and relevant.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including images and videos.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute to the development of visual communication elements.
Apply UNFPA's accessibility standards in all designs.

• Learn about and adhere to all applicable UNFPA policies, procedures, instructions, and directives.
• Understand and apply compliance with security policies and guidelines.
• Get knowledgeable of and respect the impartiality and independence required of UNFPA and the United Nations.
• Refrain from any conduct that would adversely reflect on UNFPA or the United Nations, including sexual exploitation and abuse.
• Not communicate to any external source information known by reason of association with UNFPA without written authorization.
Complete all mandatory security training.
