Ontime Group is searching for a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both interior and exterior painting, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
• Select and mix paints to ensure the correct color and finish
• Apply paints, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Inspect work quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while painting
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in painting
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
