Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in human resources and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and managing documentation.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

Payroll & Leave Management

  • Assist in processing attendance, payroll, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

HR Documentation & Reports

  • Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Education: Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA in HR, or a related field.
Passion for HR: Strong interest in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, or ATS is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
