About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Executive with a strong command of recruitment processes, specifically within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and a solid foundation in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple roles
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
• Leverage job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels effectively
• Maintain accurate records and manage HR databases related to recruitment
• Assist with other HR functions such as employee engagement and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, practices, and recruitment strategies
