We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with expertise in the interior fit-out, maintenance & renovation industry to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-out projects.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials while optimizing costs.
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure best pricing and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available as needed.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist in the fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
