Excellent opportunity to work with an International Luxury Fashion brand to join an established buying team.

The job will entail the following:

• Provide insights for store Purchase Budget

• Prepare seasonal optimal assortment plan by category, following brand’s guidelines and instruct local merchandise team accordingly

• Support in Stock liquidation decisions

• Drive the Buying Cycle

• Support in Inventory management

• Ensure that assortment in stores is respected by performing regular visits in countries during the season and that corrective actions are taken if needed

• Ensure conformity of Catalog management and Assortment planning

• Provide support for Replenishment reordering

• Negotiate Logistics and deliveries

• Ensure that shop floor employees understand the assortment of the new season during the post-buying debrief

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar buying or planning role within the apparel industry

• Third party experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field

• Highest proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent analytical and retail math skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
