 We are partnering with a leading
 
 international education group
 
 to appoint a
 
 GCC Marketing Manager
 
 to oversee marketing strategy and execution across multiple schools in the GCC.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role:
 
 
 
 You will take ownership of
 
 all marketing activity across a portfolio of premium international schools
 
 in the GCC. You will work closely with school leadership, admissions teams, and regional stakeholders to drive enrolment growth through integrated, high-quality marketing.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role requires
 
 regular travel across GCC countries
 
 and close on-the-ground collaboration with the local teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute
 
 marketing strategies
 
 for each school aligned to regional objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Own all marketing channels:
 
 digital, social, website, events, PR, and offline
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead
 
 regional and school-level campaigns
 
 to drive awareness, enquiries, and conversions
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with
 
 Admissions and Parent Experience teams
 
 to support enrolment targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 brand consistency and quality
 
 across all communications and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage agencies and regional marketing resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on performance using tools such as
 
 HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid media dashboards
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new school launches and regional brand initiatives as the portfolio expands
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 About You
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 360 marketing
 
 , ideally within a multi-site or regional role
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing marketing across
 
 multiple markets or locations
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 campaign management, digital marketing, and brand communications
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to drive
 
 lead generation and conversion
 
 , not just awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and non-marketing teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing and able to
 
 travel regularly across the GCC
 
 </li>

 Requirements

 Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.

 <li>
 Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with budget management, facilities oversight, and vendor coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
 </li>
