We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Structural Engineer to design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of structural systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience with structural analysis and design software, and a thorough understanding of engineering codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, foundations, and other infrastructure.
• Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on project planning and execution.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes) and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction to ensure adherence to engineering plans.
• Perform load calculations, seismic analysis, and material strength assessments.
• Prepare project cost estimates and schedules.
• Identify potential design problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Review and approve design changes, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, and permit applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred or required, depending on location).
• 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering design and fieldwork.
• Proficient in structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
