Job Title: Manager – IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain restaurant IT systems, including POS, reservation systems, kitchen display systems, and networking.
• Maintain and trouble attendance management system
• Ensure uninterrupted IT services during operational hours, with a quick-response approach to any issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
• Implement data security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience and internal processes.
• Provide IT support and training to restaurant staff as needed.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance and backups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of IT management experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and cloud-based services.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
