Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a seasoned WordPress Developer with deep expertise in both core PHP and WordPress. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WP_Rocket, WP_Redis, and be proficient in crafting custom plugins. This role demands a holistic understanding of web development, encompassing database query optimization, front-end technologies, and a passion for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and manage WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Customize WordPress solutions, crafting tailor-made plugins from scratch.
• Utilize WP_Rocket for caching solutions to enhance website performance.
• Implement and manage WP_Redis for effective object caching and reduced server load.

Database & Performance Optimization:

• Regularly optimize database queries to ensure swift website response times.
• Monitor site performance, resolving technical issues related to caching, database, and front-end display.
• Collaborate with the team on strategies to optimize server and database performance.

Front-End Development:

• Implement and adjust website layouts through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure seamless UI/UX design integration, ensuring websites are mobile-responsive and meet company standards.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Team up with web designers to translate visual designs into functional web pages.
• Offer insights and strategies for best-in-class website performance using optimization tools.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in WordPress, PHP, and overall web development best practices.
• Integrate with third-party APIs to enhance website capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Extensive knowledge of both core PHP and WordPress 4-5 years.
• Proven track record with WP_Rocket, WP_Redis, and custom WordPress plugin development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with MySQL, emphasizing database query optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for translating tech speak for non-tech audiences.
• Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but nice to have):
• Familiarity with additional performance optimization tools.
• Knowledge of additional CMS platforms or web development frameworks.
• Certifications related to web development or database management.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress Plugin and Theme Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
