Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You lead the “ZONE MEA FI OTC” function and report to the Zone FI Head, while being a part of the Zone MEA FI management team and REG-FI OTC governance circle
- You steer and oversee the relevant tasks to perform the Zone Order to Cash activities from PM080 (Project Handover from Offer-to-Order) to X780 (Cash Collection)
- You ensure operational and customer excellence, drive revenue and Operating Working Capital Optimization and related Free Cash Flow effects
- You are responsible for IFRS compliance and corresponding Revenue Recognition, ensuring integrity of books and records
- You provide backlog transparency and forecast accuracy in close alignment with the Business Areas / Business Horizontals / Subzones & Countries
- You drive harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within the OTC process according to the global governance framework “OTC@Healthineers”
- You optimize the Zone OTC set-up and resource allocation cross-country
- You steer and govern customer interactions between PM080 and X780 in the implementation phase
- You act as interface with the Sales and Service organization as well as the “Offer to Order department” and BA/BLs organization
- You develop team members and elevate their skill set(s) to address future challenges due to internal or external developments in OTC

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a Master’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience in the healthcare environment
- You possess extensive knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
- You have many years hands-on experience within the OTC environment such as order management, logistics, project management, and credit & collections
- You have excellent communication skills to lead the Zone OTC organization and provide transparency in a complex matrix environment
- You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower, and nurture growth within diverse teams
- You have deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and an affinity for data analytics
- You have a good understanding of CRM (Sales & Service) and SCM processes to drive synergies within the OTC organization
