We are hiring a Managing Director for an iconic luxury Maison known for its excellence, craftsmanship, and timeless creations. As we expand in the Middle East, the Managing Director will lead the brand’s growth and operations in the region, collaborating with the executive team to define goals, ensure exceptional service, and drive business results while maintaining the brand’s exclusivity and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives for the Maison across the Middle East.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with global objectives and regional market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), key partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the daily operations, including retail management, customer experience, supply chain, and marketing strategies.
• Drive operational excellence to ensure the highest level of service and product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior executives, ensuring a high-performing and cohesive work environment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the global leadership team to ensure consistent brand vision and message.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a luxury brand, ideally within the fashion, watches, or high-end lifestyle industries.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, experience in the Middle East market is required with a strong understanding of local culture, customer expectations, and business dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar operations and delivering sustainable growth.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage.
• A passion for luxury, innovation, and maintaining brand integrity.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making ability in high-pressure environments.
