Overview:

The Infrastructure Delivery Director oversees all activities related to core network, OSS/BSS, security, and MCPTX deployment. This role ensures that infrastructure deployment is completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end infrastructure deployment process, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
2. Oversee managers responsible for Core, OSS/BSS, Security, and MCPTX deployments.
3. Ensure alignment of deployment activities with organizational goals and industry standards.
4. Manage resource allocation, budgets, and timelines for all infrastructure projects.
5. Monitor project progress and address risks or deviations promptly.
6. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure high standards in infrastructure deployment.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to contracts and SLAs.
8. Prepare reports and updates for senior management on infrastructure deployment progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• +10 years in telecom infrastructure delivery with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

• Strong project and resource management skills.
• Expertise in core network, OSS/BSS, and security deployments.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
