We are looking for operations manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of real estate development projects from acquisition to delivery.
• Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and project delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies across all phases of development.
• Coordinate with finance and legal departments to ensure contract compliance and cost control.
• Provide strategic input to senior management on operational improvements and market expansion.
• Support marketing, sales, and leasing teams with operational insights and readiness of deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance team dynamics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
