Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and Project Management: Identify new business opportunities, lead the bidding process, negotiate terms, and secure projects to drive revenue growth.
• Bid Supervision: Oversee job estimations to ensure accurate and competitive bids for successful project acquisition.
• Project Execution: Manage projects from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with client specifications and timely delivery.
• Procurement Management: Oversee the purchase of materials that meet quality standards while controlling costs to enhance profitability.
• Team Development: Recruit, select, and train staff to build a skilled workforce capable of executing projects efficiently.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other divisions within the group to maximize corporate resources and expand business operations.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety regulations, upholding strong work ethics and governance.
• Profitability Initiatives: Implement strategies to consolidate resources, reduce costs, and consistently improve divisional profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15-20 years of relevant work experience in MEP Engineering Contracting.
• Proficiency in English.
