Job Summary

The Cluster Senior Estimation and Tendering Manager is responsible for leading the estimation and tendering process for large-scale construction projects. This role involves overseeing cost analysis, bid preparation, and value engineering to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing. A deep understanding of construction methodologies, market trends, and expertise in Candy (CCS) Estimating Software is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects
• Utilize Candy (CCS) software for quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and bid preparation
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine costs
• Identify potential risks and value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs
• Oversee the preparation of bid documents and submission to clients
• Develop cost estimation strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with estimated costs
• Collaborate with procurement and contracts teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing
• Lead, mentor, and develop the estimation team to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure team members are proficient in Candy (CCS) software and industry best practices
• Stay updated with market trends, material price fluctuations, and construction regulations
• Provide insights into industry developments to improve estimation accuracy.

Job Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in construction estimation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in tendering for large-scale civil, infrastructure, and building projects.
• GCC experience: 3 years is a plus

Pay: From QAR24,000.00 per month
