Job Profile
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support our finance department with a focus on US payroll regulations and tax compliance. If you're organized, analytical, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tax calculations and ensure timely filings in compliance with US payroll regulations.
- Support various finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports that guide key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of US payroll regulations and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
