Job Description

Job Overview:

Ra'edat is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills and have a proven track record in closing deals. As a Salesperson at Ra'edat, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Identify prospective clients and engage them through various communication channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of Ra'edat's offerings.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight key features that address client pain points.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Develop and present competitive proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their budget and requirements.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.

· Client Relationships and Presentation Skills.

· Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning,

· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Experience & qualifications:

· BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline

· Up to 3 years of experience in Sales

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Nationality: Bahraini Only

· Female

· Proficiency in both English and Arabic (required)
