Job Overview:
Ra'edat is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills and have a proven track record in closing deals. As a Salesperson at Ra'edat, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Client Engagement:
- Identify prospective clients and engage them through various communication channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of Ra'edat's offerings.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and highlight key features that address client pain points.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Develop and present competitive proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their budget and requirements.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

Experience & qualifications:
· BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
· Up to 3 years of experience in Sales
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Nationality: Bahraini Only
· Female
· Proficiency in both English and Arabic (required)
