Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant &amp; Partnership Specialist will serve as the right hand to the Head of Business Development, ensuring seamless coordination between Ra&rsquo;edat, its partners, and its community. This role combines executive support with partnership management, event coordination, and community engagement, helping Ra&rsquo;edat scale its impact across the GCC. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled in relationship-building, with the ability to grow into a leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Act as a direct assistant to the Head of Business Development, managing schedules, communications, and follow-ups.</li><li>Represent Ra&rsquo;edat in communications (emails, phone calls, and meetings) when delegated.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Partnership Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and sponsors after agreements are signed.</li><li>Manage ongoing communications and ensure that partnership deliverables are executed.</li><li>Track and report partnership progress to leadership.</li><li>Build long-term relationships that enhance Ra&rsquo;edat&rsquo;s ecosystem.</li></ul>Community &amp; Client Engagement<ul><li>Oversee Ra&rsquo;edat&rsquo;s community communications, including sending broadcast lists for events, workshops, and announcements.</li><li>Engage with Ra&rsquo;edat&rsquo;s community members (individuals, partners, and organizations) to ensure active participation.</li><li>Manage inquiries and support the growth of the Ra&rsquo;edat community platform.</li></ul>Events &amp; Program Coordination<ul><li>Organize and execute Ra&rsquo;edat&rsquo;s events, including workshops, trivia nights, majlis gatherings, and pop-up activations.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for larger-scale initiatives (e.g., university and school programs).</li><li>Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with attendees and stakeholders.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Initiative Development<ul><li>Support in developing new ideas, programs, and initiatives under Ra&rsquo;edat.</li><li>Identify opportunities for collaboration with external partners and institutions.</li><li>Contribute to the design and implementation of projects that align with Ra&rsquo;edat&rsquo;s mission.</li></ul>Team Support &amp; Future Leadership<ul><li>Assist in coordinating internal team activities and workflows.</li><li>Develop leadership skills with the potential to manage team members in the future.</li><li>Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Experience in client relations, partnerships, or event coordination.</li><li>Proficiency with digital tools (emails, community platforms, broadcast systems).</li><li>Creativity and problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.</li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
