Position: Manager Sales - Spare Parts (Heavy Commercial Vehicles)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Manager – Spare Parts Sales to oversee its Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) spare parts business in the Northern Region of Pakistan, based in Islamabad. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in commercial vehicle spare parts, B2B sales, and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage spare parts sales operations for heavy commercial vehicles across the Northern Region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies focused on revenue growth and client retention.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure timely availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Build and manage relationships with fleet operators, workshops, and dealerships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including service, supply chain, and logistics for operational efficiency.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare performance reports, and forecast future demand using data analytics.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
  • Lead market expansion efforts and identify new business opportunities in key industrial zones.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA preferred; Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 10–12 years in spare parts sales, with at least 5 years in the heavy commercial vehicle segment.
  • Strong market knowledge of Northern Pakistan, including logistics hubs and transport businesses.
  • In-depth technical understanding of spare parts for commercial vehicles (engine, suspension, braking systems, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
