Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and topographic surveys to support construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with UAE site conditions and regulations is essential. A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred to enable efficient travel to project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys using GPS, Total Station, and leveling instruments.
• Prepare and interpret survey drawings, topographical maps, and site layouts.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data alignment with project requirements.
• Mark property lines, reference points, and elevation benchmarks at project sites.
• Analyze spatial data and prepare CAD-based reports and plans.
• Verify and adjust field measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with UAE surveying laws, codes, and standards.
• Stay current with surveying technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE-based experience in land surveying.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modern surveying tools (GPS, Total Station).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural and civil engineering drawings.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with UAE zoning and construction regulations.
• Experience working in diverse environments (urban, desert, coastal).
• Knowledge of GIS software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
