We’re Hiring: Business Analyst

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Experience Required: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards, delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct store- and channel-level sales analysis and lead root cause investigations.
• Carry out competitor benchmarking, including pricing, location, and capacity assessments.
• Develop monthly forecasts for sales, channels, and products.
• Collaborate with the IT team to build and enhance internal dashboards.
• Analyze customer segments (Active, Lapsed, Lost, and New) and calculate Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize demand planning.
• Conduct area-wise transaction analysis to support regional strategies.
• Evaluate digital marketing performance and generate reports for management.
• Analyze sales and cost trends of coupons and product mixes, offering strategic recommendations.
• Present insights through dashboards and executive presentations.
• Handle ad-hoc analytical projects as required by leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or similar tools
• Experience with forecasting models and sales data analysis
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• A collaborative spirit with cross-functional teams
