We have an urgent requirement for Salesforce Business Analyst- B2B Sales implementations and Order Automation experience in telecom and Siebel projects is required for one of our
Telecom client in Bahrain
Experience of minimum 5 years recent in Business Analyst Salesforce Experience (5 Years ) is MUST to apply for this role
Experience In Salesforce Communications Cloud In TELECOM Is Must
Experience in automated order-to-cash in TELECOM using Salesforce is MUST
Experience on automated sales and order processes using Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is MUST
Strong Telecom domain experience is highly THE MUST to apply
Ensure appropriate stakeholders are invited to risk meetings as per the ESM ID.
Process Re-engineering: Strong experience in analyzing business processes (sales and order automation) and improving them through automation and Salesforce solutions.
B2B Sales & Order Automation: Expertise in automating the order-to-cash process, including quote generation, order management, contract lifecycle management, and invoicing.
Workflow Automation: Expertise in tools like Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or custom automation for streamlining B2B sales processes, approval workflows, and order processing.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Ability to manage expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
