Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead website performance and conversion optimization efforts (CRO).
- Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms; generate reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee content strategy for blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media presence in line with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong grasp of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is an asset.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
