Job Description

The Relationship Specialist will be instrumental in managing customer relationships to drive sales and client satisfaction in the competitive Dubai real estate development market. This role prioritizes achieving sales targets, building strong, long-term relationships with buyers, investors, brokers, and stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the property purchasing journey.

Requirements:

  • Experience and understanding of DLD and OQOOD registration processes and requirements for Dubai real estate transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and CRM management within Dubai's real estate development industry, specifically with off-plan projects.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with investors, brokers, and highvalue clients in Dubai’s property market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms, with hands-on experience tailoring these systems to real estate requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to handle diverse client profiles and foster business relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data, sales metrics, and market insights to optimize sales processes.
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s RERA regulations, market trends, and investor preferences related to real estate developments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach to managing leads, feedback, and post-sales support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by driving customer engagement, lead conversion, and client detention, ensuring revenue goals are consistently met.
  • Leverage experience in DLD and OQOOD registration to handle official documentation and ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to monitor leads, follow-ups, and optimize the client engagement journey, specifically for off-plan real estate projects.
  • Track and analyze customer data, sales inquiries, and investor interests to identify opportunities for improved conversions, client retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and investor networks to increase project visibility and revenue.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to meet revenue targets, aligning goals with current and upcoming off-plan project timelines.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, investor feedback, and leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, investors, property brokers, and Dubai-based real estate agencies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with project launches, campaigns, and client communication initiatives.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies tailored to Dubai’s real estate market, ensuring smooth post-sales support.
  • Prepare detailed CRM performance reports to track and evaluate sales processes, pipeline progression, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide insights on client expectations, competitor offerings, and market trends to keep the company’s CRM approach competitive in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
