Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Timings: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Salary: PKR 60,000 - 70,000

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause of the problem, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Record customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance and quality standards set by the team lead or manager.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology platforms.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure.
