Job Description

My client is a leading maintenance company in Dubai and they are looking for an outstanding Customer Support Administrator to join their growing team in Dubai Marina.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage customer support requests via phone, email and customer portal within service level agreement requirements
  • Assist customers with configuration changes
  • Assist the customer in using the system to achieve their goals/objectives
  • Identify up sell opportunities within existing customer base to optimize customer system performance
  • Communicate customer input to internal team
  • Work with cross-functinal teams to insure customer objectives are met
  • Identify potential system and customer relationship enhancements
  • Manage confidential and proprietary customer information
  • General understanding of business environment and ability to understand business workflow and organization
