 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of AI-powered digital experiences across products and services. This role sits at the intersection of design, data, and emerging technologies, with a focus on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and human-centered AI solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will work closely with a key product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, usable, and valuable customer experiences.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven products (e.g. chatbots, personalization, fraud detection interfaces, recommendation systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex AI models and data outputs into intuitive, explainable user interfaces
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead UX/UI design across discovery, concepting, prototyping, and delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with data science teams to shape how AI insights are surfaced to users
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure ethical, transparent, and responsible AI design practices (e.g. explainability, bias awareness, user trust)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct user research and usability testing, particularly around AI understanding and trust
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and evolve design systems to support AI-driven features and interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Work within banking and regulatory constraints to deliver compliant, secure experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Present design concepts and rationale clearly to senior stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience designing complex digital products (preferably in fintech, banking, or data-heavy environments)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working on AI/ML-driven products or data-centric features
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with prototyping and testing AI interactions (e.g. conversational design, adaptive interfaces)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (data scientists, engineers)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in conversational design (chatbots, voice interfaces)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI concepts (ML models, LLMs, predictive analytics)

 Background in financial services

 You are responsible for identifying, onboarding, and scaling high-demand brands across the portfolio. This is a demand-first role &mdash; grounded in data, not gut. You do not control pricing; you win by choosing the right brands, structuring the right partnerships, and scaling them fast.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify high-demand brands using quantitative signals (search trends, marketplace data, social velocity, competitor benchmarking)
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a continuous pipeline of new brands across existing and new departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end onboarding of brands &mdash; prioritizing marketplace and consignment models
 </li>
 <li>
 Structure commercial terms that minimize inventory risk and maximize assortment breadth
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Digital, Content, and Marketing teams to launch and scale brands effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Track brand performance (traffic, conversion, sell-through proxies, contribution) and act quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously refine the portfolio &mdash; onboard aggressively, prune ruthlessly
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Support strategic outright buys only where justified by clear demand signals
 </li>
