Build the Future of AI in Banking

We're partnering with one of the UAE's leading financial institutions to hire an experienced Full Stack Developer to help shape the next generation of AI-powered banking.

You'll play a key role in developing the customer and operational interfaces for a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform , creating intuitive applications that connect complex AI decision-making with the people who rely on it every day. From Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review portals and real-time operational dashboards to internal AI management tools, you'll build products that are central to the bank's AI transformation journey.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI solutions using modern technologies including React, TypeScript, Node.js, Azure, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and GenAI integrations , while collaborating with AI Engineers, Product teams, Business Analysts and Platform Architects.

The Role As a Full Stack Developer , you'll own the design and development of the human-facing applications that power the bank's AI ecosystem. You'll transform complex AI outputs, including confidence scores, exception handling, agent status and operational metrics—into intuitive, high-performance user experiences for operations teams, business users and customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build Modern AI Applications

• Develop enterprise-grade React & TypeScript applications for AI-powered banking solutions.
• Design intuitive interfaces that visualise AI decisions, confidence scores and workflow status.
• Create responsive, accessible applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Platform

• Develop reviewer portals enabling operations teams to validate AI-generated decisions.
• Build document viewers with field overlays and confidence indicators.
• Create streamlined approval, edit and rejection workflows with productivity-focused features.

Operational Dashboards

• Build real-time dashboards displaying AI performance and operational health.
• Visualise key metrics including:
• Straight Through Processing (STP)
• Human intervention rates
• AI confidence trends
• Processing latency
• Token consumption
• Document volumes
• Exception analytics

Platform & API Integration

• Integrate applications with AI services, REST APIs and backend orchestration platforms.
• Develop secure communication between AI services and banking applications.
• Consume real-time event streams using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.

Internal AI Tooling

• Build internal portals supporting AI prompt management, testing, annotation and AI use case configuration.
• Create developer tooling that accelerates AI delivery across multiple business functions.

Performance & Accessibility

• Deliver highly performant applications optimised for enterprise environments.
• Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards and gracefully handle AI processing latency.
• Contribute to a reusable design system and component library aligned with corporate branding.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Commercial experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI or Conversational AI projects
• Strong React & TypeScript development experience
• Node.js or Python (FastAPI / Express)
• REST API integration and development
• Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• State management using Redux, Zustand or React Query
• Data visualisation using Recharts, D3 or similar libraries
• OAuth2 / OpenID Connect authentication
• Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications

Nice to Have

• React Native or mobile banking application development
• Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Front Door or CDN configuration
• High-resolution document rendering and annotation tools
• Experience displaying streaming LLM responses
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts including confidence scoring, model evaluation and operational metrics
• Experience working within Azure cloud environments
